PUBLIC EVENTS:
All public events are defined as events, where people are charged at the door or they prepay to attend the event or people pay for food and drinks inside the premises.

All the proceeds of the event including food, door and drinks are kept by the promoter/caterer. You can bring your own or we can give you names of licensed caterers. However, we only provide the venue and cannot be involved in your agreement with the caterer.

Any alcohol /food sold at at our venue during a public event must be provided by a licensed caterer / liquor vendor only, in line with DBPR rules and regulations. If your organization is eligible for 1/2/3 day temporary liquor license, then your organization can get the license from Division of alcoholic Beverages in Orlando for $25 only. -We have dedicated 20/30/50amps 110/220 circuit available to handle any kind of load.

PROJECTORS?

-We have the biggest projection screens in Orlando 

-You can project Photos/Videos/Presentations (FORMATS: USB, CD, DVD, You Tube etc).

-We also have cameras on the floor, which can PROJECT YOUR EVENT onto the big screens.

LIGHTING?
-We have basic accent lighting, sound activated lighting, stationary spot lights on the stage and black lights.
-Sound vendors will usually provide additional lighting.
